Eight-Step Commercial/Residential Service Explanation
1. Pre-Vacuum:
This
is the foundation to all cleaning process we perform. This removes the
dry particulates before adding any cleaning agents and moisture.
2. Application of Cleaning Agents: We
take extra care to apply the cleaning agent as a separate step in order
to give time for them to work effectively. At this time, we give
special attention to stains and high-traffic areas. 3. Gentle Agitation: This
step continues to break down and free the soil from the fibers so that
the next phase of hot water extraction and rinse will be thoroughly
effective. 4. Extraction Process: During
this step, we use sufficient quantities of hot water while extracting
both the soil and the cleaning agents from your carpet. 5. Rinse Process: At this point, we apply a cold water solution to neutralize and restore the fibers to a proper Ph balance. 6. High-Volume Extraction: This step is to remove residual moisture by gliding over the carpet with a high-volume vacuum lift. 7. Bonnet: Using a clean, fluffy white cotton pad, we continue to absorb moisture as we bonnet the entire carpet. 8. Blow-Dry and Groom: Our
final cleaning step, we utilize our high-powered carpet fans to
continue and complete the drying process. It is here we also put the
final touch of grooming the carpet nap to a showcased look.
